Evolved Pathways Supported Living provides extra physical and emotional support for adults (18 years and older) with a range of needs to enhance their quality of life and increase their level of independence in their own homes.
We aim to enable people to live ambitious and more fulfilling lives. At Evolved Pathways Supported Living, we work with individuals to help them achieve their goals, whether it’s learning a new skill, making new friends, or pursuing their passions.
Our support team is carefully matched with each person, based on skills, knowledge, and personality traits to ensure a positive and fulfilling relationship.

The support offered to adults in the community covers various critical areas essential to enhancing their independence wellbeing and quality of life. These areas include:
Signposting to Services and External Support
We connect service users with relevant community resources, support networks, educational opportunities, healthcare services, employment programs, and other external sources of assistance.
Pursuing Education
We encourage our service users to pursue applicable further educational pathways, and support them in their applications for scholarships or financial aid, and encouraging young people to achieve their educational goals.
Getting into Voluntary or Paid Work
We support young individuals in exploring career options, preparing resumes, honing interview skills, and securing employment opportunities
Accessing Local Community Amenities
We encourage participation in community programs, sports clubs, cultural events, or recreational facilities, which helps boost self-esteem, develop social skills, and foster a sense of independence.
Budgeting and Managing Finances
We support individuals in learning how to budget effectively, manage expenses, save money, and make informed financial decisions.
Managing Tenancy
Assisting every individual to understand their rights and responsibilities as tenants, maintaining a safe and healthy living environment, and resolving housing-related issues.
Social Contact
Encouraging social interaction, building social skills, fostering friendships, and combating feelings of isolation or loneliness.
Using Public Transport and Local Leisure Activities
Help getting used to public transportation systems safely and independently and attending recreational activities within their community.
