About Us
Evolved Pathways Supported Living is a collaborative effort between two service providers, Evolve Care & Support Ltd and New Pathways Healthcare Ltd, aimed at delivering high-quality support and housing services.
Our primary goal is to support service users to develop the skills necessary to live independently.
We strive to achieve this goal by innovating around the provision of a homely, supportive, safe and secure atmosphere geared for everyone to flourish. Our services provide support for individuals with a range of needs including mental health, learning disability or those recovering from substance or alcohol misuse.
